Golden Chariot 4U offers a 14 days Return and Exchange Policy

 

If you are dissatisfied with the size or quality of the things you get, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of their arrival. All return and exchange requests are reviewed first.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@goldenchariot4u.com.au. Items returned to us without first seeking a return will not be accepted.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packing. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If you return any things by mail, you will be responsible for paying the shipping expenses. Golden Chariot 4U will not reimburse or credit any postage or shipping charges spent by you.

Re-shipping exchanged items may result in additional shipping expenses.

 

Please Note:

There are no returns on sale items. Only store credit and exchange are allowed.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
